Initial Ideas

For this module the only scene we are allowed to be our own is the fourth one, this scene is where the photography get abducted by the alien space craft. My initial idea is to go for something comical and something different so something you would expect. I firs thought back to halloween when my friend Brendan dressed up as Mrs. Brown from the TV show. I think it would be really funny to have the 'invasion' a 'granny invasion'!! 

With this Idea in mind iv started looking around online at some grannies that have been modelled in Maya and other 3D modelling software. I came across these two: Grandma modeled in 3D Max  & Grandma modeled in Maya (click on them to view), 

these are good examples because it gives me an idea of what it would look like if I was to model Brendan dressed up in Maya. 

After speaking to to my tutor and asking if in the last scene I could have more than just one live person in it and him saying yes but you do have to have at least one animated character int here I started to think about maybe not modelling the granny in Maya and modelling some sort of pet for the granny to have instead. I thought about this because Grandmas always have pet dogs. cats and stuff. So i started looking around on google and I found the image below from a graphic artist called 'Matthias'.
